Easter Egg Hunt 2017 from the Fernhurst Centre: Good Friday (14 April) 2pm.  Help our Mummy Hen to find her chicks..  Fun for all children up to the age of 11.  £1 entry with a boxed chocolate egg for every child entrant and prizes for our winners in each age group.



Brand New Sessions: Do you need help with your ‘Smart Phone’?  Smart phones are very easy to use - but only if you know how. If you have an Andriod phone and need help finding your way around it why not sign  up for our two week (2 x 2 hour sessions at £24) Monday 3 and 10 April from 2.30 - 4.30pm.

Windows 10 - are you  struggling with Windows 10 - this session will familiarise you with the changes -  or maybe you are still undecided about upgrading to Windows 10 we can talk you through the pros and cons of both installing and using Windows 10.  There will also be some hands on time on the Centre’s computers.   Wednesday 19 April 2.30 - 4.30 pm £12.



An Introduction to using your iPad: New sessions on Wednesday 29 March and 5 April 10.30 am - 2.30 pm £24 (one place left!)
iPad - Digital Photography: Taking pictures with your iPad, putting your pics into Albums, editing photos using the Photos app. Managing your pics on your iPad, pc and iCloud. It will also include a review of some selected Photo apps available in the App store Wednesday 12 April 2.30 - 4.30 pm  £12 for this  two hour session..




Tthree new notelet designs in full colour by local artists. A pack of three designs (six cards) £3.00  Great for thank you notes or just to say 'hello'.
Dates now available - Bridge for Beginners - Would you like to learn how to play Bridge - in the new year we will be offering a 'Bridge for Beginners' course six 1 hour sessions at £36 starting on Monday 6 March until Monday 10 April 5.45 - 6.45 pm.  Booking essential.

A Flower Arranging Workshop with local event florist Louise Avery. Learn how to create your very own hand-tied bouquet, perfect for birthdays, thank yous or a dinner party gift. A Three hour workshop on Tuesday 4 April - 5 - 7pm at a cost of £30 including all materials.


Lace Making for Beginners - a three hour workshop on Tuesday 21 March from 10 am - 1pm -  £20.
A Introduction to Family History - Learn and practise how best to use the resources on the internet to research your family history. A two week course at £24 on Thursday 20 and 27 April from 2 - 4pm (course full further dates soon).

Easter Biscuit Decorating - fun for chldren Wednesday 19 April from 10 am - 12 noon in the Fernhurst Centre brought to us by Louise and Gill of the Great Littel Cookery School. Come and join us for some biscuit decorating and fruit smoothie sampling.  Suitable for children of all ages but under 10s must be accompanied by an adult. Free Event
