Do you have a query about public services?

My dustbin wasn't emptied
I need a blue badge
I want to report a dangerous pothole, broken pavement or blocked road drain
That litter is a disgrace
How can I recycle more?
How can I change my doctor?
Where can I get help to care for someone with special needs?
I want to make a food complaint
Am I entitled to housing benefit?
Do I need planning permission?
That street light's not working
Can I get help with my Council Tax?
I want to complain
